Mater is a studio devoted to design. They offer integrated services, ranging from industrial design to visual communication, through a number of high profile professionals that work in synergy. Their organization, based on a one-stop-shop model, offers customers the possibility of having every necessary services in the all phases along the production process. Mater aims to give added value to the project, being innovative through the concept development to translate into products ideas and values.

Mater does research about design through a transdisciplinary approach. The continuous technical and linguistic testing aiming to develop the concept, the support to production and a strategic offer in the product communication make Mater a design factory capable of managing all the phases of the production process. Ideas are developed by means of innovative techniques of virtual representation, animation and prototyping, which are essential processes while doing the operative research of the project.


Design
At the core of all design experiences by Mater, there is a conscious research in the development of concepts that can bring innovation, whether that is technical or expressive. During the project, several aspects are carefully analyzed, through a process that guarantees full understanding of the technological and cultural contexts. To guarantee the exact translation of ideas into reality, Mater develops and documents all the project details, providing in many cases assistance and supervision in the production process.

Communication
